Nike Air Max 97 “Clark Atlanta University”

Nike Air Max 97 “Clark Atlanta University” pays tribute to the historically Black university through a colorway that draws from the institution’s official school colors. The silhouette pairs the classic Air Max 97 framework—recognizable for its wavy, layered midsole and segmented upper—with a palette rooted in CAU’s athletic and cultural identity. This kind of university-inspired release reflects Nike’s ongoing engagement with HBCU communities and the broader cultural significance these institutions hold within sneaker and sports culture.
