Louisiana boutique Sneaker Politics has teamed up with Saucony Originals to bring a sneaker inspired by the War of 1812, specifically the battle of New Orleans between Americans and the Britians. The collab is aimed to reflect the massive artillery on display in New Orleans.
The sneaker features smooth suede in a vibrant blue hue, with "200th" accented in gold behind the tongue, celebrating the battle's 200th anniversary. The ancient artillery appears on the tongue, a white midsole pulls the blue hues and black outsole/side caps together. The collab comes in a special edition box, special edition pins, and premium laces.
