Asics has marked the 25th anniversary of their Gel Lyte 3 runner in a grand way. Being that the year isn't over yet, we should expect a few more releases to come via collabs and now we are getting a look at another one. This time around Asics links up with Clot to create a super clean version of the celebrated running shoe.
Clot keeps it simple with a smooth tan suede upper, a two toned midsole and two hues of purple on the outsole. As with anything that Edison Chen and his crew do, the small details really set the tone. The perforated Tiger Stripes branding are outlined by very light and subtle hits of violet and a very small hit of corduroy sits on the underlay said branding. A tan and white inner lining can be seen and rope laces resembling those in boots close things up nicely.
Since this is a sample, things may or may not change when the final product drops but make sure to keep it locked with SneakerShouts for any and all possible updates on this gorgeous collab by way of the teams at Asics and Clot.
